About the role
We're looking for a board-certified psychiatrist to serve as part-time medical director of a new outpatient psychiatric clinic. You'll set clinical standards, supervise and collaborate with our nurse practitioner, and help us build a high-quality practice from the start.
What you'll do
- Provide clinical oversight and serve as the clinic's medical director
- Collaborate with and supervise nurse practitioners, including protocol and chart review
- Help develop clinical policies, protocols and quality standards
- Oversee in-clinic interventional treatments for treatment-resistant depression
- See patients as schedule allows, in person or by telehealth
What we're looking for
- MD or DO, board certified or board eligible in psychiatry
- Active, unrestricted Florida medical license and DEA registration
- Experience supervising or collaborating with nurse practitioners
Nice to have
- Experience with treatment-resistant depression or interventional psychiatry
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Interest in helping build a multi-site practice over time
