About the role
You'll be the clinical backbone of a new outpatient psychiatric clinic, supporting our providers and caring for patients during in-clinic treatments and visits.
What you'll do
- Monitor patients during in-clinic treatment sessions, including vital signs and post-treatment observation
- Administer injections and medications as ordered by providers
- Room patients, take histories and support providers during visits
- Help with prior authorizations, care coordination and patient follow-up
- Maintain medication storage, logs and clinic supplies
- Document accurately and promptly in our EHR
What we're looking for
- Active Florida RN or LPN license
- Current BLS certification
- Calm, warm manner with patients who may be anxious or unwell
- Comfort working in a small, new team
Nice to have
- Behavioral health or outpatient psychiatry experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Prior authorization experience
